Learn MoreLianyungang Vulra Quartz Products Co., Ltd. designs and manufactures high-purity fused quartz tubes, rods, plates, boats, crucibles, flasks and engineered lab quartzware. Our factory sits at No. 9, Dingxin Road in the Jiangsu Donghai Economic Development Zone — Donghai County is widely known as the world's crystal capital, giving us direct access to a mature high-purity quartz sand supply chain.
We are a verified Custom Manufacturer with dedicated production lines for full customization and ODM. Engineers review every buyer drawing for wall thickness, thermal-stress and tolerance risks before production, so prototypes and repeat orders behave the same way in your furnace, reactor or optical path.
From a single 1-piece prototype to recurring batch supply, we serve semiconductor fabs, photovoltaic producers, universities, analytical labs and equipment OEMs worldwide.
Every RFQ drawing is checked for wall ratio, weld zones and thermal shock risk before cutting begins.
Most rods, plates, boats and crucibles start at 1 piece — validate fit before committing to volume.
Bending, welding, sealing, cutting, grinding, drilling and polishing under one roof.
Foam-cushioned, separated cartons and wooden crates designed for fragile quartz in long-haul freight.

One integrated site in the Donghai Economic Development Zone covers raw-material storage, flame working, cold machining, annealing, cleaning and final inspection — reducing handling between steps and keeping lead times predictable.
Six years of focused quartz work — each step added a capability our international customers asked for.
Founded in China's crystal cluster with local access to high-purity quartz sand.
Flame benches and glass lathes for bending, welding and closing tubes.
Cutting, grinding and polishing for plates, windows and XRD holders.
On-site assessment by TÜV Rheinland as a verified Custom Manufacturer.
Exporting lab and semiconductor quartzware to research and OEM buyers worldwide.
Technical ranges below reflect our standard production window. Parts outside these limits can often be produced — share your drawing for a feasibility check.

Full Customization · ODM Every part passes through controlled hot and cold processes. Annealing relieves weld stress, and acid cleaning removes surface contamination before packing.

Bending, welding and sealing with oxy-hydrogen flame.

Diamond-blade cutting for clean, chip-free edges.

Flat, parallel surfaces for windows and plates.

Stress relief after hot working for longer service life.

Acid wash and DI-water rinse before packing.

Dimensional, bubble and visual checks per drawing.
Our quartzware supports research institutes, analytical instrument makers and process-equipment builders. Buyer feedback and transaction records are publicly visible on our verified showroom.

Contact EngineeringOur fused quartz is rated for long-term service around 1100 °C and short-term peaks up to approximately 1450 °C. The softening point is about 1683 °C. For vacuum or high-load applications we recommend a lower continuous temperature and thicker walls to avoid sagging.
Fused quartz is melted from high-purity natural quartz sand (99.99%+ SiO₂) and suits most furnace, lab and lighting uses. Synthetic fused silica is made from chemical precursors, has lower metallic impurities and better deep-UV transmission — preferred for UV optics and the most sensitive semiconductor steps.
Most custom rods, plates, boats, crucibles and flasks start from 1 piece. Some standardized tubes and analytical parts start from 5–10 pieces.
Ozone-free quartz is doped to absorb short-wave UV below roughly 220 nm, blocking the 185 nm line that converts oxygen into ozone. It is used for UV lamps, IR heaters and curing systems where ozone would corrode equipment or affect operators.
Yes. Send a 2D/3D drawing with tolerances, purity grade, operating temperature and quantity. Our engineers will confirm feasibility, suggest wall thickness or joint changes if needed, and propose a production plan.
Each piece is cleaned, individually wrapped, separated with foam and packed in reinforced cartons; long tubes and heavy parts ship in wooden crates suitable for air, sea and express freight.
